Monday Night Meditation: Mindfulness Practice

Every Monday night we’ll gather to learn and practice meditation. Themes will vary from Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation, to Heart-Centered practices, to the foundations of meditation to mindfulness to healing journeys inward.
No experience necessary, all are welcome.
$20 donation at the door recommended.
